It is tricky using the Dutch Overn ... we use the Weber Baby Q now ... we really are wussing it.

well I have to say it look a little over done, mind you the crackling looks superb. Maybe the introduction of a cooking book might bring better results? Hey,I'l look out for one on eBay and I'll share it!
