i recently bought a mobicool 3way absorption cooler from supper cheap for around $300 as i didn't have enough cash for the waeco or edgel. to my supprise it would have to be the best $300 i have spent. i took it up to inskip point for its first big test for a week & after cooling it down the night before i loaded all our frozen meat in it. after the 3 hour trip in the car then getting camp set up everything was still frozen mobicool fridge Icon_biggrin i hooked the fridge up to a small 1.25kg gas bottle on sat & that lasted till wed morning & all the meat was still frozen. not bad for a absorption cooler that is only ment to cool to 25c below ambient temperature, & it got up to 31c some days.
