Ribs.

I found this recipe a while back on the overlander forum and is one of the best ribs recipes I have come across. First part in the camp oven and then on a grill over the fire.

1 kg Pork Ribs
2 cups Tomato Sauce
4 tablespoons Soy Sauce
1/2 can of beer (you drink the other half [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] )
2 tablespoons Maple Syrup
2 teaspoons crushed Garlic
2 teaspoons crushed Ginger
1/2 cup Plum Sauce
2 tablespoons Sweet Chilli Sauce
half cup of Water

Put all the ingredients into the camp oven or stockpot and simmer for about 30 mins or until well cooked, but not falling off the bone. Take ribs out and brown on the gill while thickening the marinade into a sauce. Serve ribs with the sauce.

Goes nice with baby potatoes.

Of course you can do this in the kitchen at home.
