PostSubject: Courier Mail Top 50 Campspots   Courier Mail Top 50 Campspots Icon_minitimeWed Mar 17, 2010 10:17 pm

Seeing as everyone wants to chat and complains when there's no-one around I thought I'd put this post up ... Courier Mail Top 50 Campspots Fresse

Who bought the Courier Mail on the weekend for the camp spots? I did ... but not to see what spots where around ... I was concerned that it would give away some of the better spots.

So it was with a sense of relief that I noticed most of the spots where all the touristy ones eg. Fraser Island, Rainbow Beach, hell, even some caravan parks were put in the 'Top 50 Camp Spots'. Courier Mail Top 50 Campspots Lol

What are anyone elses thoughts about the articles?

I can tell you, I now breath a sigh of relief ... our fav. camp spots are well hidden ... for now ... Courier Mail Top 50 Campspots Icon_pirat

We are going to Bundy on the Labour Day weekend and was thinking of getting one of their cabins. Is this something I should know? If I mention your name do I get a discount? Courier Mail Top 50 Campspots Icon_biggrin

I was laughing at the irony of a van park being in a camp list ... a very BUSY caravan park with no pool I might add. There are approx. 10 van parks in that list ... alot of them are within a metro area.

This is the van park I would go to but it just depends on what you're after ... http://www.oceanfrontpark.com.au/

This park is about 2-3 k south of Bargara CBD bit it is much quieter than Bargara Beach Van Park. Nice pool too and as the name implies you're right on the water front ... unlike Bargara Beach Park.

Good luck!
