how to post pic's & vids

when posting pic's or vids you can either use:

photobucket. all you need to do is register then follow thier simple instructions.

or you can use the setup on here which is alot of mucking around[sorry] but can be done, i'll try & explain how to do it the best i can.
first scroll over the boxes till host an image pops up then click on that, a box will appear saying upload your image click on brouse to find the pic you wan't then double click that image then click host it.

Resize image No1024 px width (wallpapers)800 px width (for forums)640 px width (for websites)320 px width (for blogs)

next click copy where it says image [ you will get a pop up that ask's to allow this web site to access your clip board click allow]
then click upload.

next you will need to scroll over the boxes again till image pops up [this is the box next to host a image] click on that & a small box will appear right click in the box then click paste then click ok.
you might end up with a small box with a x thats ok when you have finished adding what you need to your post click send & the pic's should be ok in your post.
