As the name suggests it's a resort so there is some really nice stuff
here. Kids will go nuts if you take them here ... I know I did!
As well as the usual camper kitchen, toilets (which I might add are
VERY well maintained) there's also a putt putt golf course and a
lagoon style swimming pool with water slides. There is also a masseur
by the pool (fees apply).
It was a really lovely tropical setting with ample room to park your
car. There are also many drive thru bays that are a bit better than
most parks I've seen (not as spacious as the longer term van sites
tho').
Although it is a Big 4 Park the fees aren't too bad and of course if
you are a member you get 10% off.
We stayed here in April for a week and loved it. There's also a
shopping centre jsut up the road and Airlie town centre is approx. 3
k
away.
We're going back there in December. Can't wait to do laps in the
lagoon pool! (Kids aren't allowed in the pool until 8am ... )
